Cancellation Policy

Overview

Last updated: 17 July 2026. Orders for pooja items can be cancelled only while they are still being processed and before dispatch.

Before Dispatch

To request cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number and the phone number or email used for the order. We will try to stop processing the order, but a request is not confirmed until Shravangroups sends you confirmation.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled through this policy. If the order is eligible, you may follow the Refund Policy and contact us about a return after delivery. Refusing delivery may not automatically create a refund.

Refund for a Successful Cancellation

When a cancellation is approved before dispatch, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method. The amount and timing may depend on payment-provider processing, bank timelines and any non-refundable charges clearly disclosed at checkout.

Changes to an Order

Requests to change an address, product, quantity or variant are handled as cancellation-and-reorder requests where operationally possible. Additional charges or price differences may apply.
